Eoin began his coaching journey in 1999 coaching junior swimmers in at Limerick Swimming Club and by 2003 had already progressed to coaching the Age Group Squad. In 2005 Eoin joined the High-Performance Centre in Limerick and was appointed assistant coach to Legendary Canadian Olympic Coach Steve Price where he got to work with some of the best athletes in Ireland and thrive within a team driven by helping each athlete achieve success.
During 2008, Eoin had another opportunity to learn and grow under the newly appointed Coach Ronald Claes (Belgium Olympic coach) and then took up the role of Development Coach and was tasked with preparing some of Ireland's rising stars to be ready to achieve on the world stage!
During this time Eoin coached across Europe preparing his athletes to compete at the highest level of competition and Eoin gained a wealth of experience & knowledge.
During this time Eoin worked with athletes ranging from the 50m Breaststroke at FINA World Short Course Championships, to 10km marathon swims at World Cups.
After the London Olympics, Eoin made the decision to follow his now Fiancé to Australia and found a home amongst the Elite Coaching Team at Perth City Swimming Club which includes the likes of Matt Magee (3x Olympic Coach Aus and now German Olympic Coach) and Ian Mills (2x Olympic Coach for Malaysia and now Australian Team Coach) to further his knowledge and development!
Working with the Junior Development Squad within his first year he took 3 athletes to National Age Championships.
In the past 9 years, Eoin's development continued, as did his position in the club. When Matt Magee moved to Germany in 2020, to prepare their athletes for Tokyo, Eoin took over as head coach. Since then Eoin has been nominated as State coach of the year and has been selected for the Australian teams camp for developing coaches and athletes. Over the year Eoin has developed a passion for coaching people of all ages and abilities.
This is reflected in his ethos of Healthy, Happy, Fast.

The athletic ability of swimmers is skyrocketing and those that have not prioritised their strength, speed, power & agility are already being left behind
With the increase in athleticism, swimmers that have not already prioritised optimising athleticism with time will get slower, and weaker and become more susceptible to injury.
Engaging in a generalised strength program designed for 15+ other athletes means you will not be able to get the individualised attention that you need to stand out.
Downloading a template program (even our own) will only get you so far but without a multi-disciplined team to guide you through tough training blocks, you will often get overworked and open yourselves up to an athlete's worst enemy... Over-training.
The simple fact is... You can no longer just tick the boxes
If that were true we would see strong, powerful, robust and confident swimmers everywhere.
BUT WE DON'T
We see weak, injury-prone and self-doubting athletes everywhere.
Most swimming-specific strength programs often rely on the latest gimmicks while trying to replicate swimming stroke patterns to sell their programs as "sport specific" without actually understanding how to transfer strength and power to the water.
Or the programming is so generic and unfocused that they lack the individualization to truly take the athlete to the next level.
Unfortunately, most of us will never have access to a national institution or a well-funded sporting body. This means that we are not afforded the opportunities to work within an ecosystem that is fully focused on maximising the results of the individual, utilising training insights, systems and secrets (not gimmicks) that have proven time after time to generate results.
So the people at the top get to use the latest in sports science, recovery, and training equipment whilst accessing the best physiotherapists, nutritional advice and a training environment that fosters excellence.

JUNIOR STARTER PROGRAM
Our junior program is centred around ensuring that all kids that wish to take part in swimming have a safe, supportive and fun environment to do so. Our JSP is focused around giving young swimmers the tool they need to be comfortable in the water but also ready to take then next step if they want to!
AGE INTEGRATION PROGRAM
This program is designed to transition or prepare swimmers for the Age Development Program. By using our progressive training model we allow our swimmers to build up the fitness and training capacity so they can tackle the performance program and not chasing the program.
AGE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
This program is designed specifically to help Age group swimmers achieve their goals in the water while enjoying a fun and supportive environment. We believe the key to ensuring longevity in the sport is by providing a fun, results driven environment that focuses on individual improvement for long term success.
SWIMMING PERFORMANCE SQUAD
Program dedicated to helping athletes achieve their sporting dreams and exceed their goals. Focusing on refining stroke mechanics and optimising the athletes energy systems we look to take you to the next level.
ALL COMERS SWIMMING HEALTH & FITNESS
